By downloading, installing, or using Falling Floor (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Falling Floor is a mobile game application available on iOS devices. The App allows users to play a jumping game where players navigate through falling floors.

3. Age Requirement

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Users under 13 should have parental supervision when using the App.

4. User Accounts

The App may integrate with Apple Game Center. By using Game Center features, you agree to comply with Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

The App uses virtual currency (coins) that can be earned through gameplay. Coins are not transferable and have no real-world value. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the virtual currency system at any time.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the App
• Use automated systems or bots to gain unfair advantages
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to cheat or manipulate leaderboards

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to graphics, code, and game mechanics, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google Mobile Ads). We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Your interaction with advertisements is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective ad networks.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App
• In case of App failure, you may notify Apple for a refund
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
